Triumph Tiger Muffler Upgrade – On-Site Install & Sound Transformation
We recently had a Triumph Tiger in the workshop for a muffler upgrade, and the goal was simple — improve the sound and clean up the overall setup.
The owner was over the factory muffler. While it does the job, the stock unit doesn’t offer much in the way of tone, and it wasn’t positioned as well as it could be. So we removed the original muffler and installed one of our AdrenalinR stainless steel units in its place.
Better sound, better placement
Once the stock muffler was off, we repositioned the new setup to sit better on the bike. This not only improved the look, but also helped optimise flow and overall fitment. The result is a much stronger, more refined exhaust note without being over the top.
Built to bolt on
Our mufflers are designed to fit cleanly and securely, making on-site installs straightforward. With the bike on the hoist, we were able to fit, adjust, and test everything properly so the owner could hear the difference before riding away.
Hear it before you leave
Being able to install mufflers on site is a big advantage. It lets riders hear the sound straight away, check the fit, and know the setup is right for their bike before they head back out on the road.
