Muffler Thickness

This section is to choose the thickness of the sheet metal used for your muffler.

Light weight 0.9mm gauge stainless steel thickness is for improved weight ratio. It is ideal if you are trying to save on weight and need the extra performance.

Standard weight 1.2mm gauge is our standard thickness for mufflers. It has good strength while still remaining reasonably lightweight.

Thick 1.6 gauge is for racing and rally vehicles that are going to need the extra strength a thicker weight provides. If you expect to have extreme temperatures or heavy use when using your vehicle, choose this option.

Body Type

This section deals with the shape and size of the muffler. The shape and size will determine the noise level, flow of exhaust and reverberance.

Choose Your Baffle

The baffle is the internal tube running through the muffler, and come in three types.

LOUVRE BAFFLE

This is the most common we use, and offer excellent flow, muffling and drone elimination.

PERFORATED BAFFLE

This offers even better flow with no restriction. It gives a cleaner, deeper sound than the louvre, but is also louder. Also a great turbo option when the exhaust size is maxed out and flow is crucial

RACE BAFFLE BASIC

This is the original race baffle system. Great for any performance road cars that see a bit of track use.
Machine-wrapped stainless steel wool with 4 layers of protection from the hot exhaust gases.

RACE BAFFLE PREMIUM

This is the next level of defense for the higher tuned race cars and Rotary road/ track cars.
Machine wrapped stainless steel wool with 8 layers of protection from the hot exhaust gases.

RACE BAFFLE EXTREME

This is the top level protection ADRENALINR can offer. Suited for the angriest track weapons around.
Developed on 2, 3 and 4 rotor race cars and proven to handle the most extreme power and heat we could find Machine wrapped stainless steel wool with a full 2.5kg roll wrapped around the baffle! Approx. 16 layers depending on diameter.
